Halton Hills Hydro began installing smart meters in April 2009.
A notice will be left at your door approximately 2-4 weeks prior to the installation of the smart meter and again when your meter has been installed.
Nothing will change about the way your account is billed when the smart meter is installed. Time of Use billing is expected to start in the spring of 2010.
The maps below show the areas where smart meters are currently being installed.
These maps will be updated regularly as more areas are scheduled.
